X'mas at Disneysea 10th anniversary Part I (Super Image Heavy)

What is better than one event in Tokyo Disneysea? ........TWO events at Disneysea! Woot!  

This year Tokyo Disneysea celebrates its 10th year anniversary, with the theme 'Be Magical'. 

And it is Christmas season, so that is a like bonus for visitors! Which is awesome! It is always magical in Disney theme parks but with the two events going on concurrently, it just feels extra festive. FESTIVE, people! Woooo!

Story is that Mickey dropped his sorcerer's hat and magic spilled out, infusing the whole park with its enchanting powers. 

Look who greeted us at the entrance. 

Pluto's dangling tail from this angle somehow disturbs me a little. 

A more decently-clad Minnie is out to greet the crowd too.

Part of the X'mas celebration involves 7 special X'mas trees decorated by Disney characters. Also, a number of sorcerer's hats apparently erupted from the grounds in Disneysea. I didn't get to see all 7 trees or all the hats, but here are 7 photos anyway wth.

I have a X'mas party to go to now, so more photos tomorrow! 

Odaiba X'mas Fireworks

3 more days to Christmas!  My blog posts shall all be X'mas-themed till then!

Odaiba! Haven't been here for a year! 

Odaiba is beautifully decked out in X'mas illumuniation, but the real reason we were there was to view the fireworks! Yes I know right??? Fireworks in winter? But it's cold! *whiny voice* Haha, but that did not stop us or other Tokyoites from going early and getting a good spot. 

I like this pic! Looks like the fireworks were being shot out from the torch of the Statue of Liberty!

And I shall end this post with a pic of 2 monstrous dogs in X'mas wear. They belong to a middle-aged couple who were dining outdoors. I wonder how they eat in peace with curious onlookers crowding around their pups.

Hi! I'm back! *sheepish grin* 

Sorry for taking such a long hiatus. I was again distracted.  And my Mister was here, so I was busy juggling between schooling and keeping him happy and entertained.  

2 nights ago I was at Odaiba checking out the X'mas illumination and fireworks (yes, fireworks in winter). We caught a glimpse of Tokyo Tower from afar and it was not glowing the usual red. Feeling excited and adventurous, we decided to check it out
